SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
When you purchase at Mark&Simon, we have take all necessary measures to ensure you will have a great service, from the moment you place the order to when you receive your product. We have some policies in place, before placing an order, please read carefully the entire section below.
> Mark&Simon do not support 7 days return no reason. If you are unsure whether a Mark&Simon product is for you, please book a listening session at one of the places where it is available before buying.
> When you receive a set, you need to visually inspect the packaging. If the package has any sign of damage, or significantly pushed inward, please do NOT open the product and contact our Support immediately. You will probably be asked to provide some pictures. You can find contact information in the Support page of this website.
> When unpacking, the speakers and amplifier units are VERY heavy. Make sure you have plenty of space to move around when unpacking. You need to make sure that all parts are included. Refer to the specific product`s section for the "PACKING LIST" of the set. If any parts is missing or appears to be broken, please contact immediately our support at the Support page of this website.
> Your Mark&Simon set was hand made, and likely left the laboratories where it was build sparkly clean. Should you receive a dirty or otherwise aesthetically ruined set, please contact our support immediately. Because the wood veneer of the speakers is very soft, some tiny light scratches are possible even by touching it with a very light object. Unless they are major, Mark&Simon usually do not replace very light scratches on speaker`s cabinets.
> Your Mark&Simon set was has been tested and run in for extended periods (over 100 hours), up to its 95% potential. The tweeters type that Mark&Simon uses are notoriously hard when they are new, and tweeters are responsible for the very sweet and subtle notes that make the soundstage so spatial and vivid. The remaining 5% is obtained through constant use, it may take up to a year to get the full 100% of perfect sound.
> Your Mark&Simon set instruction book has a very important label in the back: the Set Serial Number. This number is used to register your product and activate the warranty. Your warranty needs to be activated within 3 months from the date of purchasing, otherwise it may be considered void. The system will not allow to register your warranty past the 3 months activation window. Please contact our Support if you need to activate you warranty past that date. Please note that if your unit needs a service or has any kind of damages, if the activation has not been done well before that time, the LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY will be considered as void, and only the legal require year warranty will apply in this case.
